Chinese company that lies with a face of an European company. Waited one month for them, and had problems at the border.. Was asked to send them details, and they were kept at the border for another 3 weeks. After I finally got them, I took them for a check, and found out they are not even real gold/ silver.. Do not buy anything from them...

Mc killop, I bought two sets of earrings ,I had to send them back . and I have not heard a word since , I have sent them two emails and nothing , They are not exactly cheap and postage is a lot , I sent it back registered Royal Mail ,so they should have received them security , I am waiting waiting !!!! I would have expected a lot more from this company, Ishall wait and see.

I bought two pair of earrings from Analuisa , they were too small, so I sent them back by Registered Royal Mail , I have sent two messages but I have not heard a word from them , they bombard you with emails to buy , and when I did no response from them , I am waiting for a response . The postage is not cheap either way so I would like my purchase money back .

You should’ve stated clearly that returns are £18 on your website. I bought loads of stuff from Ana Luisa including two rings which none fits despite following the size chart. I tried to return the two rings and they told me that they’re going to deduct £17 from my refund. I would’ve never bought from you if you made that clear on the website.

This review is for their earrings only. So far so good. I bought my items on sale and I think for the price they great quality. I think the quality is fair for the cost. Not sure where others can get better jewelry for the cost.

If you want to wait a month for tracking (they call this “standard”) and have zero customer support then order here.

If your package goes missing or you have any issues, expect to be completely ignored by the Ana Luisa team.

Not worth the hassle, there are much better companies out there.

It takes a week to receive its good quality and so good it can match with everything I love it!

Greenwashing. Overpriced for gold dipped jewelry. I can buy better quality gold filled jewelry for less than what they charge. Also, their big claim for being an environmentally friendly business is that they use recycled metals. This is nothing new, businesses have been doing this for years. I bought a small set of hoops thinking they'd be good quality, but they tarnished within a week, and the clasp felt cheap. Don't waste your money here

I ordered some items a few months ago, but returned, because they were too big and have not received a refund yet. I have sent multiple emails and and tried to call and have not heard back. The customer service is horrible and I’m still waiting on my money!!

I was happy about the eco friendly packaging. It wasn’t a giant mess trying to get to little earring it’s wad simple and well packed.

The earrings are beautiful and true to size! My favourite part is they are really easy to get on by myself but very secure!
